Full Year Students

Student who join this program will be register as full year students in Faculty of Business and Economics UAJY. In order to join this program, students need to register themselves through www.ua*y.acidipmb In general, there are two basic admission procedures to be admitted in this program. First of all, one must pass the entrance test conducted by the university Enrolment Committee. Secondly, one must also sit for English Proficiency Test. In this case, the university utilizes Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). The minimum requirement to enter International Program is 450 for TOEFL Score. The admission registration usually commences on May until July each year. During the course of study, students must pay several: types of fees. However, basically students will have to pay Fixed Tuition and Variable Tuition. Besides, students must pay some fees such as graduation ceremony fees and other fees.

DEGREE REQUIREMENTS

A student's general education course work must satisfy University core requirements, additional to faculty/program courses-specific requirements, as well as these two requirements:

A minimum of 145 credits is required for graduation for all majors with a minimum grade Point Average (GPA) or Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif of 2.50. Besides this requirement, student must show superior English proficiency. To graduate, students must achieve a TOEFL ITP score at least 525 or another English proficiency test from trusted institution with below score standard:
• IELTS : 5.5 (minimum score)
• TOEFL Paper Based : 525 (minimum score)
• TOEFL Computer Based : 196 (minimum score)
• TOEFL Internet Based : 70 (minimum score)
The students also need to show their proof on joining at least one semester academic program in International Universities. And fulfill all the Yudisium requirement stated in the Faculty.

International students at Faculty of Business and Economics — UAJY diverse from all over Indonesia, they have a desire to improve their strength in working world by applying to International Class. Besides Indonesian students, foreign students also apply to International program. Every semester, International program of FE-UAJY accept exchange students from various partner Universities around the world. Our International students are involved in various activities to broaden their International perspective.

STADIUM GENERALE

Stadium Generale is held every semester in which the speakers are from various Universities. The Stadium Generale is open for International students to gain knowledge from the speakers with many topics such as Marketing. Finance. Human Resource, and Accounting in global. In addition, they could get a chance to discuss and give opinion to improve their skill and knowledge in understanding the global situation in business.

WELCOME GATHERING FRESHMAN

Welcome Gathering Freshman is held once a year as a part of welcoming new International students. In this event, the students will get information on how to succeed as an International student which is held in a friendly and warm atmosphere.

STUDENT BUDDY

Student Buddy consists of International students of FE-UAJY. They will assist the exchange students in the first weeks of their stay in FBE-UAJY and Yogyakarta. The activities done by the student buddy such as support the exchange students with Indonesian language, introducing culture, giving information about studying at FE-UAJY, and other things related on how living in Yogyakarta.
Cultural Event (Cross Cultural Management)
International Program of FBE-UAJY has cooperation with Balai Budaya Minomartani to hold a Cultural event such as Gamelan, Ketoprak, Sinden, Wayangan (Puppet Show). etc. This event is a part of Cross Culture Management class which teaches students with different cultures.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP (BAZAAR)

This activity is a part of Entrepreneurship class in which the students do market test on their product idea that has been planned during the semester. Through this activity, International students could understand how business is done locally.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENT CONFERENCE, YOUTH MEETING AND COMPETITIONS

International students are involved in Conferences and Competition which expand their networking with other Universities in Yogyakarta. Indonesia as well as overseas Universities.
